Recipe: Egg In The Window

My first attempt at making the Egg in the Window. 😄
Not very good looking but the taste was good!

Ingredients:
2 slices of Bread
1 Egg
Butter

Directions:
1. Using a small knife, cut a hole in one of the Bread.
2. Then spread the Butter on both sides of the Bread.
3. Place the Bread with a hole on top of the other Bread.
4. Now fill the hole with an Egg.
5. Put it in the microwave for about 3 - 4 minutes. (You can have your eggs runny or cook them all the way through. It may take some experimentation to get the right time)
6. Salt & Pepper to taste if you need to.

P.S. If you are a fan of Avocado, add it to your Egg in the Window.
Avocado & Egg, perfect match!

O'sulloc Tea House @ Myeongdong, Seoul

Green Tea lovers alert!!

I am not a fans of Green Tea until I visited this awesome Tea House in Myeongdong selling all kinds of Green Tea desserts and drinks. I fell in love with Green Tea and I still have strong cravings for it after I came back to Malaysia.

O'sulloc is a must-try in Korea, especially their green tea ice cream and green tea ice blended topped with ice cream and red beans (perfect match!). This famous green tra brand in Korea has a tea museum in Jeju (free to public) where you can buy their products, visit their tea plantations or chilling at the Tea House. I didn't visit Jeju's Osulloc Tea House as I'm just staying in Seoul. We are so happy to found out that O'sulloc has cafe in Myeongdong and we actually went twice during this trip!

Matcha Paradise: Green Tea with Green Tea Ice Cream, Green Tea Tiramisu, and Green Tea Ice Blended
This whole set cost us 24,000 won

Overall, my experience in O'sulloc Myeongdong's branch was absolutely fantastic. Even if you're just a casual tea-drinker, I'd definitely recommend it.
